Advanced or custom analytics

The analytics is ATM based each visit and is very basic. Suggestions for more analytics: "Past 7 Days Activity" - please expand this to the general time durations (24, 48, 72hours, 1 w, 4w, 6 months, year-to-date, etc.) Top5 Documents - should be able to expand to all documents and be able to sort "top5" on more parameters like highest reading time and based on different time durations (24, 48, 72hours, 1 w, 4w, 6 months, year-to-date, etc. Add Top devices, top screen sizes, top time-of-day to the dashboard Time per page for all visits to a PDF withing a sertain time duration instead of only for each visit (❗️most wished for) Usage based on time of day Filters (under Sessions/Analytics): Posibility to easily add more documents so it is possible to get analytics of a group of documents Compared functions (time): ability to compare time durations (last period, last week, last month eg.) Compare between documents: Would be amazing when you update or upload a new version of a document or a replacement is uploaded that would make it possible to see how the two documents compare against each other.

Exporting reports with analytics summary

The current export does not include an analytics summary / overview for the different PDFs. When we have a lot of uploaded documents and experience high activity from viewers, a report (export) containing information about each viewer sorted by document would create immense value for us. Information such as viewing time, time spent on each page, number of views etc (i.e., information already available in the system). When my colleague asked me yesterday for a quick overview of the latest activity for the different documents, I had to send him screenshots of each individual viewer for each individual PDF. In the report it should also be an option to include only analytics summary / overview from PDFs with actual activity the last (let's say) week. Another option is to receive a standard (or custom) report by email each Sunday with information about the activity in the last week (only including information on the PDFs where there actually has been activity).

Cache Invalidation for Updated PDFs

Current Behavior: When a user uploads a new version of a PDF file to CloudPDF, the cache retains the old version, causing the outdated file to be served to users for a period of time, sometimes up to 15 minutes. Expected Behavior: When a user uploads a new version of a PDF file, the cache should be invalidated immediately, ensuring that users are served the updated version of the file without delay. Steps to Reproduce: Upload a PDF file (Version 1) to CloudPDF. Access the PDF file using a unique URL generated by CloudPDF. Upload a new version (Version 2) of the same PDF file to CloudPDF. Access the PDF file using the same unique URL. Notice that the old version (Version 1) is still being served for up to 15 minutes before the new version (Version 2) is displayed. Suggested Solution: Please implement a cache invalidation mechanism that is triggered upon the upload of a new version of a PDF file. This will ensure that the cache is cleared, and the updated file is served to users immediately. Impact: This issue has a significant impact on the user experience, especially in scenarios where the PDF files contain time-sensitive or frequently updated information.
